Nexus Broadcast Terms of Service

Terms of Services

Nexus Broadcast is a technical/filing and consulting service company.  Nexus uses the information provided on our order forms to complete the information on the required state and federal  forms. Nexus is not a law firm and neither Nexus nor any of its employees provide legal services or legal advice. Further, no representations or warranties, express or implied, are given regarding the legal or other consequences resulting from the use of our services or forms.

The information contained in this site is provided for general information only and should not serve as a substitute for legal advice from an attorney familiar with the facts and circumstances of your specific situation.

Nexus’ liability is limited only to amounts paid to Nexus. If you are not satisfied with our service please contact Nexus to discuss a refund of fees paid to us. If you are seeking a stronger guarantee it is recommended that you contact an attorney for filing services rather than a consultant. Funds paid to Nexus that have  been paid on your behalf for filing or other fees are not refundable.  While we strive to prepare the best applications and data possible, some issues are beyond our control, therefore once an application has been filed no refunds can be issued. We strive to create the most error free applications possible, however, sometimes in the rush of a limited filing window “typos” can occur. Nexus will attempt to correct any typographical errors at no charge to client where allowed by the FCC.  In the event the FCC will not allow an error to be corrected and the resulting application is permanently dismissed – Nexus will not be held responsible and no refunds can be issued.

Confidentiality:  Nexus Broadcast will keep information supplied by the client confidential prior to FCC filing.  Some information is required to be disclosed in the FCC application and in activities prior to and after the filing however.  Nexus Broadcast will use its best judgement to protect client’s interests.  Note:  A client is defined as a person or entity that has received an executed written contract from Nexus Broadcast.  Oral or implied contracts are not applicable.  In addition this confidentiality is not effective if a retainer has not been paid or if client is in default of written contract.

Nexus, its agents, representatives and employees specifically disclaim any warranty beyond the limited warranty stated above, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchant-ability and fitness for purpose. Under no circumstances will Nexus, its advisors, agents, representatives and employees be liable or responsible for any damage or inconvenience caused or alleged to be caused by the use of our services.

These terms of service may be amended from time to time and updated at http://nexusbroadcast.com/terms-of-service/  All terms are binding on any and all transactions initiated with Nexus Broadcast.
