Nexus Broadcast software platform

RF Workbench

A browser-based platform for professional broadcast RF engineering applications, shared FCC data, calculations, and technical workflows.

One platform, specialized engineering applications

RF Workbench is not intended to be a single screen that tries to do everything. It provides the shared foundation for focused applications that solve specific broadcast engineering problems while using common data, calculation engines, and user workflows.

Platform goals

  • Keep FCC and engineering data organized and current
  • Reduce repetitive database and spreadsheet work
  • Make technical comparisons easier to review
  • Support repeatable, auditable engineering workflows
  • Expand beyond FM translators without abandoning the tools already built

Applications

RF Navigator is the first public application under RF Workbench. Additional applications will address LPFM engineering, waivers, coverage, interference, terrain, antenna data, and other broadcast RF tasks as they are completed.

Browser-based delivery

RF Workbench is designed for modern web browsers, allowing updates to data and engineering logic to be delivered centrally rather than requiring each user to maintain a separate desktop installation.
