Technical and filing services
Nexus Broadcast is a technical, filing, and consulting service company. Information supplied by a client may be used to prepare state or federal forms, technical exhibits, engineering studies, and related work authorized by the client.

Nexus Broadcast is not a law firm. Nexus Broadcast and its personnel do not provide legal services or legal advice. Information on this website is general information and is not a substitute for advice from an attorney familiar with the specific facts and applicable law.
Client information and FCC disclosure
Nexus Broadcast will use reasonable care with information supplied for a project. Some information must be disclosed in FCC applications, public notices, coordination activities, or other parts of the filing process.
Accuracy, agency action, and project outcomes
Nexus Broadcast works to prepare accurate technical data and filings. No particular FCC action, grant, waiver, frequency availability, or project outcome can be guaranteed. Spectrum conditions, agency rules, pending applications, filing windows, third-party data, and agency decisions may affect the result.
Fees and written agreements
Project-specific scope, fees, payment terms, deliverables, and refund terms are governed by the written proposal, invoice, contract, or order accepted for that project. Government filing fees and other amounts paid to third parties may be nonrefundable.
Software and website information
Software, databases, calculations, maps, and website information are provided for professional evaluation. Users remain responsible for reviewing results and confirming the current FCC rules, records, and filing requirements applicable to their work.
Updates
These terms may be updated. The version published on this page applies unless a separate written agreement controls a specific engagement.
