EAS compliance
ETRS Filing Service
Every EAS Participant has to file in the FCC's EAS Test Reporting System: Form One every year, and Forms Two and Three after each nationwide EAS test. Nexus Broadcast files all three for your station, so nothing is missed.
Next deadline: ETRS Form One due, October 30, 2026.
What we file
- Form One by October 30, 2026: your station's identifying information, EAS designation, monitoring assignments and EAS equipment, checked against your State EAS Plan and the FCC's records.
- Form Two within 48 hours of the November 17 nationwide test (by 2:20 p.m. Eastern, November 19): whether you received the alert and passed it on.
- Form Three by January 4, 2027: the detailed results, with any problems written up the way the FCC asks for them.
- A copy of every filing for your station records.
- A reminder before each deadline, and a heads-up if your monitoring assignments look wrong.
Pricing
One flat price per station. No hourly billing.
| Station | Forms One, Two and Three | Form One only |
|---|---|---|
| LPFM | $99 | $59 |
| Full-power FM or AM | $149 | $99 |
| TV, Class A or LPTV | $199 | $129 |
| Each extra station or EAS unit in the same group | $79 | $49 |
Forms One, Two and Three cover the 2026 cycle: Form One by October 30, Form Two after the November 17 test, Form Three by January 4, 2027.
Who it's for
AM, FM and LPFM radio stations and full-power, Class A and low power TV stations, including groups with several stations or several EAS boxes (each box gets its own Form One). LPFM stations file too: they need a decoder and an ETRS filing like everyone else.
What we need from you
Your call sign, a photo of your EAS unit's front panel and its software version, who monitors it on test day, and access to your FCC user name for the licensee's FRN (or we walk you through adding us). On test day, send us what your EAS log shows, and we take it from there.
Doing it yourself?
Our free ETRS Form One worksheet fills in what the FCC already has on file for your station, and ETRS deadlines will email you before each date.
Filing support, not legal representation
