ETRS Form One worksheet
Every EAS Participant renews its ETRS Form One each year, and the 2026 one is due in 11 days (October 30). Enter your call sign: we fill in what the FCC already has on file, and lay out the rest the way ETRS asks it.

Filing it
- Sign in at the FCC's ETRS page with your FCC user name. The old ETRS-only accounts no longer work; create a user name if you need one.
- Last year's Form One fills itself in once you enter the FRN, participant type and facility ID: check every answer, change what's different, and submit.
